Just because you're so sweet card

This is a card that I made for a very dear old friend of mine. She did something that really touched my heart and it brought back alot of very special memories for me, so I made this to mail to her as a thank you for being so sweet.

20th Anniversary Card for my hubby!

My husband and I just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary on September 29th. This is the card that I made for him using my Cricut Imagine! He loved it!

Here's my new toy that I ordered from HSN on 9/14/10. I received it only 2 days later! It was love at first use!! This machine is awesome and it's just amazing at what it can do. I've only created a few things with it so far, but looking forward to many more creations using it!

My very first blog post

I have thought about starting a blog for awhile now, just never took that plunge! As I sit here thinking and trying to decide what to make my first post about, I get overwhelmed! So, I will just add my projects as I find the pictures that I have taken of them or as I create them. Since this is October, I think it's only appropriate to add something Halloween related. I made this gift for my son's teacher; this was made last year for his 2nd grade teacher, Ms. Smalls. She absolutely loved it and was thrilled to receive it.
I loaded the inside of it down with Halloween candy, popcorn, and a pair of Halloween socks. The tag was created using a font on my computer. Of course you know that I had to use my cricut for some cute Halloween images! I used an empty 3 litter soda bottle to make this, what a great way to recycle those things, right? Hope ya like it.
